A woman caused a commotion at a McDonald’s in Saginaw, Michigan, by throwing a cup of scalding hot coffee at the manager during a disagreement over a refund. The incident, captured on CCTV, shows the woman hurling the coffee over the counter while hurling expletives at the manager. The manager, who suffered minor burns, tried to explain that the refund process was underway, but the customer persisted in her demands and complaints.
The police are actively searching for the woman, who fled the scene after the attack. Detective Russ Pahssen of the Buena Vista Township Police stated that the suspect has been identified, and a warrant has been issued for her arrest. The woman faces potential charges of felonious assault, though the severity of the charges may depend on the extent of the manager’s injuries.
