Following a brief period of confusion, Sultana eventually addressed the conference, acknowledging setbacks in the party’s establishment process and apologizing for any role she played in them. Notably, members voted against a single leadership structure, opting instead for a committee of ordinary members to lead until late 2027.
During the conference’s conclusion, Corbyn revealed the party’s official name, “Your Party,” chosen by the members.
