Through the ChatGPT-enabled app, users can interact by requesting specific types of drinks to match their mood or vibe, such as asking for a vibrant morning starter or a mildly sweet afternoon pick-me-up.

Utilizing prompts or image uploads, users can uncover personalized drink suggestions within the ChatGPT platform. While users can tailor their orders and select a pickup spot through ChatGPT, the actual purchase is finalized via the Starbucks app or website.

Although users can initiate their orders in ChatGPT, the checkout must be completed on the Starbucks app or Starbucks.com to finalize the transaction.

The beta version of the Starbucks app in ChatGPT is presently accessible to users who activate it through ChatGPT’s app directory. This app provides a unique and engaging way for users to explore various beverages, making the ordering process more intuitive, individualized, and enjoyable by aligning with their specific mood or preference.
