The latest rankings for the top brands in the UK have been announced, with Marks and Spencer leading the pack.
Marks and Spencer secured the top position as the strongest brand in the UK according to the YouGov BrandIndex tool. This tool evaluates factors such as impression, quality, value, satisfaction, recommendation, and reputation over the past year.
Despite facing a cyber attack in 2025 that disrupted online shopping for months, Marks and Spencer emerged victorious. Following closely in the top five are IKEA, Samsung, John Lewis, and Netflix.
The Post Office was recognized as the most improved brand, driven by increased satisfaction and a positive shift in public perception after the Horizon IT scandal. Royal Mail and Fujitsu claimed the second and third spots for most improved brands.

The Best Brand Rankings by YouGov highlight companies that have maintained lasting appeal among consumers over the past year through extensive research across 28 markets.
