Kent Police have released surveillance video footage in their efforts to locate a woman who has been missing for over a fortnight.
Helen Eade, aged 59, was reported missing after departing from Maidstone Hospital on September 16. Authorities have revealed that the woman does not possess a driver’s license and investigation revealed that she took a bus from the hospital to Pembury before disembarking in Wateringbury.
Detective Sergeant Angela Holder expressed growing concerns for Helen’s safety and is urging anyone with information regarding her movements in Wateringbury between 4pm and 6pm on September 16 to come forward. Drivers and residents are encouraged to review their dashcams, doorbell cameras, and CCTV footage for any potential sightings, focusing on areas like Bow Road and the vicinity of the train station. Additionally, individuals who visited Teston Country Park are requested to check for any encounters with Helen.
Following CCTV analysis, Kent Police confirmed a subsequent sighting of Helen. The most recent observation of her was at 9:22 am on September 28 inside a coffee shop at Maidstone East train station.
Described as a white female standing approximately 5ft 9in tall, Helen has a slender build, blue eyes, and short brown hair. She was last seen wearing pink jogging bottoms, a grey hooded top, and a black Parka-style jacket with a fur-lined hood.
