Glassdoor announced the recipients of its 2026 Employees’ Choice Awards, determined by employee feedback. Topping the list is software engineering company SAP, offering £57,000 to £89,000 for senior account executives and earning praise for its flexible schedules, advanced technology, and work-life balance.
Mastercard secured the second position, lauded for its diverse workforce, comprehensive benefits, and remote-friendly work culture. Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.
Google, in the third spot, compensates software engineers with £70,000 to £100,000. Employees commended Google for its competitive salaries, cutting-edge technology, work-life balance, and career growth opportunities.
