“Musician D4vd Transfers Homes Amid Celeste Rivas Investigation”

D4vd has recently taken a significant step that impacts the ongoing investigation into the death of Celeste Rivas.

Celeste, a 15-year-old, was discovered in an advanced state of decay in the abandoned Tesla belonging to the singer in Hollywood. Authorities were alerted by a report of a foul odor emanating from the vehicle.

Following this discovery, the Los Angeles Police Department initiated an inquiry and cleared out the singer’s mansion to gather more information about the incident. D4vd, aged 20, is now striving to maintain his privacy by giving away his real estate assets.

According to TMZ, the singer reportedly transferred ownership of his two homes in the Houston area to his mother, who had already been residing in one of the properties with other family members. The properties are now under the Thorn Rose Trust, a name inspired by the singer’s 2023 EP, Petals to Thorns.

Records indicate that the first transfer occurred on September 18, a day after the police began searching D4vd’s rental home in Hollywood, the same property where Celeste’s body was discovered nearby.

A neighbor has disclosed to The Sun that they frequently saw Celeste at the property, often in the company of the singer. The neighbor described exchanging greetings with them, assuming they were young individuals aged around 18 or 19.

Numerous individuals, including friends of the singer, have suggested that D4vd and Celeste had a close relationship, although no concrete evidence links the musician to her demise.

As of now, D4vd has not faced any charges related to the case, nor has he confirmed or denied his association with Celeste. The Los Angeles Police Department has not made any arrests or identified suspects in connection with the investigation.

There remain several unanswered questions surrounding Celeste’s death. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office has classified the cause of death as “deferred,” indicating that further examinations and investigation are required before reaching a conclusion.

The Mirror US has contacted a representative for D4vd for their input on this matter.
